Shamsuddin Patel (born February 10) is an Indian technology entrepreneur, workforce management professional, author, educator, and social commentator. He is the founder of several technology, education, workforce, and social initiatives, including Students World, HandShaker, PatelCS, LearnWFM, WFM Bible, Corporate Majdur Janta Party, Verve, and Hostnest Web Hosting Service Provider.

Born in Gulbarga, Karnataka, and currently residing in Mumbai, Shamsuddin earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Gulbarga University. His career spans customer support, technology, analytics, workforce management, reporting, business operations, training, and digital transformation. Over the years, he has worked with organizations across various industries, helping improve operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making and workforce optimization.
